City Tours Booking Policies
At Mythical India Tours and Experiences, we understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle changes, cancellations, and refunds:
Booking Modifications
Advance Notice (24+ hours): Changes subject to availability; full refund minus non-refundable expenses if unavailable.
Last-Minute Changes (less than 24 hours): Changes cannot be guaranteed; no refund.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice (24+ hours): Full refund minus non-refundable expenses.
Last-Minute Cancellations (less than 24 hours): No refund.
Punctuality Policy
Tours start on time. Late arrivals who miss the tour forfeit their refund.
Tour Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel/modifty tours due to unforeseen circumstances or low bookings. You’ll receive prompt notification and a full refund minus non-refundable expenses.
Non-Refundable Expenses
You’re liable for non-recoupable expenses (e.g., car hire) incurred due to cancellations/changes.

Booking a Tour ( Multi Days Tour )
Before you book a trip with Mythical India Tours & Experiences, please take the time to read and understand what terms and conditions apply. As soon you are ready to proceed with your reservation, you will be required to transfer 25% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In addition to this 25% of the tour cost, you will also need to pay the full amount for any flights or train tickets that need to be issued. As soon as the advance is received, we will start making the necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.
** During the peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), 100% payment is required in advance.
Payment Terms
All of our tour prices are quoted in INR (India rupees). To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. The balance is to be paid 30 days prior to the tour departure date. In the event of booking less than 30 days prior to the commencement date, the full amount is payable immediately.
- Payment method: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online payment via gateway; if need be, our bank account details will be provided by our sales representative
- Payment processing fee: if applicable
