We process refunds within 15 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

• Follow the safety guidelines provided by tour guides and representatives

Our staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency response.

Passports and visas

It is your responsibility to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to places you visit during your tour. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the tour, and you are solely responsible for all of the costs you incur as a result of missing or defective documentation. You also agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by us as a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

• Any hike in hotel rates, airfares, airport taxes/fuel will attract a surcharge to be paid prior to the departure date
• Allotment of room type is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the hotel

Travel Insurance Policy

We strongly recommend that our clients take out comprehensive travel insurance (at their cost) covering all risks.
